What’s your top tip for young people looking for a career in the industry?

Be positive, and focus on what you are learning and how you can apply this. Be eager and hungry to develop.

What do you love about the farming and food supply industry?

It’s an essential part of all our lives – we have a big part to play in ensuring we can continue to feed ourselves and the growing population. Our people are special, as they feel proud of working in agriculture and food supply.
