Staffline Apprenticeships

Staffline are working closely with Sainsbury’s, British Growers Association and Reaseheath College to deliver apprenticeships like no other standard work based diploma.

Apprentices will gain hands on practical experience with their employers and face some of the real-life challenges of the industry to develop as the next generation of farmers and growers.

The Agricultural and Horticultural industry is continuing to grow and offer exciting opportunities for fledgling careers.

Learners will work with key industry organisations, gaining a comprehensive insight into the processes of field to fork and seed to supply whilst earning a qualification.

The scheme has now opened to all farms and growers nationwide and continues to work closely with Sainsbury’s suppliers.
